Publisher's summary

Sweet Dreams: Booktrack Edition adds an immersive musical soundtrack to your audiobook listening experience!*

When you lose everything, anything is possible.

Lauren Grahame needs a whole new life. A simpler life. After leaving her cheating husband, she moves to Carnal, Colorado, takes a job as a waitress and realizes she might have finally found the hometown for which she'd been searching. Except things are about to get a lot more complicated....

Lauren's fresh start does not include her growing feelings for her boss, Tate Jackson. She'll take the new friends, the new job, not to mention the incredible banana bread from the local coffee shop, but love is not on the agenda.

However, the people of Carnal know chemistry when they see it, and they're not about to let Tate and Lauren miss their chance.

*Booktrack is an immersive format that pairs traditional audiobook narration to complementary music. The tempo and rhythm of the score are in perfect harmony with the action and characters throughout the audiobook. Gently playing in the background, the music never overpowers or distracts from the narration, so listeners can enjoy every minute. When you purchase this Booktrack edition, you receive the exact narration as the traditional audiobook available, with the addition of music throughout.

Enjoyable Listen

Really enjoyed it! I’m a sucker for romance especially when it’s built on trials and struggles as most are. Kristen is one of my favorite authors. I’m so pleased that I found her.

Ashley grow up!

A cheap and trashy story. Content is weak, The story does not have strong development & epics. I would expect better from a female writer, I hope she has a different and stronger view to herself and women in real life; and she is not looking at women as creatures with weak personalities that can be stop with dirty mouth and large men’s body parts! Such a disappointing perception to life and women.
Grow up Ashley, world runs with strong women - even in mountains! Come out of your disgusting bubble and study women; their strong personalities, their loves, and their dedications to their love ones before you write again. I read two of Ashley’s books- Forced myself to read through weak and disappointing stories. All long, I was hoping somewhere the writer change her mind and gave a stronger personality to her characters, But I conclude that she does not know real women. That is the only conclusion I received after reading two of her books. Shame for a female writer to pull down women in her stories like this. Pen has power Ashley, Respect it and use it to empower women who need help; tell meaningful love stories. Be a strong women yourself! For being a good storyteller, you need to learn that world does not start and end with alpha men and submissive women. Women’s love is deeper and stronger than shallow stories you pictures with women that can not even voice their concerns when they see a penis. The joy of sex is part of the love but not all of it. Real women’s world does not starts and ends with penis.

Good story but Boring

The book was cute and I really appreciated a lot of the story but I was rather bored, I felt it was too long for my liking.

I like the book track

No changes to the book itself but I kind of liked the sound effects. The music was not something I would recommend. I still don’t like Tate. That has not changed from the first time I read the book years ago. But still a good book and narrated pretty good.

Music was annoying and distracking

The story by Kristen Ashley, was wonderful as always. The background noise, was both annoying and distracting. I hated it.
