Publisher's summary

It’s been four months since Nick has been with a woman.

One hundred and twenty days since he’s touched Sarah, tasted her, felt her heat wrapped around him, but tonight his abstinence will end. Tonight, she’ll come to La Petite Mort Club and they’ll resume their passionate affair.

Except she doesn’t show up—no phone call, no letter, no nothing. It isn’t possible that she doesn’t want him. She was as hot for him as he was for her. He needs to find her and show her that she wants him as much as he wants her. Then he needs to f*** her and forget her.

Sarah would love to see Nick again, but guys like him don’t wait four months for any woman. There is no way he’ll still want to see her, and she isn’t going to allow herself to be humiliated and hurt again. Nope. They’d had their fun, but it was over. Done. Completed.

When they meet again, Sarah sees it as one bonus night of fabulous sex, but for Nick, one night with Sarah will never be enough. Can Nick prove to her that he is exactly the kind of guy she needs, or will Sarah’s past cause them to both lose their chance at true happiness?

This steamy second-chance, new-adult romantic comedy continues Nick and Sarah’s story that started with Six Nights of Sin. Playboy Nick is ready to resume his relationship with Sarah. She’s not sure that she’s strong enough to survive another relationship, because when they end, it’s so bad. This book is funny, poignant, and super steamy, with adult material that is suitable for those over 18.

This book ends with an HEA.

Six Weeks of Seduction

Another fabulous sexy, hot , steamy audiobook I love to read as well. I was riveted to the story streaming through my brain as I listened to this. Now I must go to Ellis O. Day. com to find any I might not have listened to yet.

Lots of Steam

This is a tough one to rate. I listened to both sets of books so that’s like 18 hours of my life and there were lots of hot times. My reason for not being a Stan for this? The FMC. When I read most books in the genre, the man is typically so domineering that I end up hating him, and the FMC puts up with too much and I don’t like the happy ending. This was the flip side of this.
Sarah made me crazy. She had some horrible trauma, I get it. In real life I’ve had a real horrific experience and PTSD. The fact that she was so unwilling to help herself drove me insane. I wanted to shake her, and the way she leaned on her dog, and held him back was incredibly toxic and frustrating.

Nick- he should have bowed out sooner. I can’t believe all his friends were so insensitive to him. They made fun of him when she didn’t show up. They weren’t supportive of him at all. While I recognize there is some need for confidentiality, but they aren’t priests. As a friend I would let me best friend know if there was a potential that they could do something that would trigger their partner. I know that he pushed, but she seemed to want to be pushed. Normally I would find this bad behavior, but the listener knew her internal dialogue. She set the precedent that she wanted him to push, pretend to not like it, and then give in. He didn’t get nearly angry enough for her lying to him. She purposely deceived him. She constantly punished him for things other people did. I wanted her to reject Nick so he could find someone better. I didn’t think she was worth it.
