When young psychologist, Doctor Aaron Pierce, accepts his first professional position in a small town in the desert of Nevada, he doesn't suspect it is only the first step in a dangerous career, laced with sentiment and resentment. Honestly seeking to realize two important goals for himself, a professional career and a lifelong love, he moves through the minefields of civilized passion. Coming face-to-face with the darkest elements of the human mind, Dr. Pierce must overcome skewed perceptions and concealed intentions if he is to prevail.

The story was so-so. I'd give it 3-1/2 stars if that was possible. It did keep me guessing about a couple things until the end, which is good. Did not like how a psychologist supposedly fell in love so quickly time and again; he should know that you need you need to know someone before you can love them. Anyway...it's a fairly entertaining easy "read". I enjoyed the narration. His voice was nice. Easy to listen to. He had good intonation and kept things moving along. Hope to hear more from him.
