Great book. Gives you the mindset of addicts whether it’s porn or sex. Makes you think about the dangers of it to your mental health. He brought up a lot of great examples and the various levels of it. We are living in promiscuous era. This book will help anyone with a sex addiction better understand the “why” they are one in the first place.
