I have to admit that I expected it to solely focused on the relationship between Claire and Emery, which is still a major part of the story, but there's so much more that goes on! I do like that we get to know Claire and what makes her tick. We get to discover what goes on in her life and how she feels about Emery, along with the pressures and dangers of being a judge. Great writing, plenty of spicy scenes, a definite page-turner!
