This was a deliciously good book with mounds of tension between the two main characters as they worked through what they wanted for themselves. Grab some tissues for the ending, too.

This is the continuation of Shameless by Brit Ryder, but from the POV of Judge Claire Weaver.

I have to admit that I expected it to solely focused on the relationship between Claire and Emery, which is still a major part of the story, but there's so much more that goes on! I do like that we get to know Claire and what makes her tick. We get to discover what goes on in her life and how she feels about Emery, along with the pressures and dangers of being a judge. Great writing, plenty of spicy scenes, a definite page-turner!

This was a great follow up to the novella Shameless ! I love the intense energy of Emery and Claire. I would not recommend listening to this book in public unless you’re fine with constant blushing 😊.

Oh my oh my! There is literally steam coming out of my phone. What a fantastic story and quite possibly the best scenes of any sapphic story!
