The storyline was good. I wished for a bit more explanation on some parts, but I will still consider other books by the author. However, the voice acting made it difficult to get through. All of the female voices were either shrill/shrieking or whiny when they spoke. The general narration was good but the female dialogue was like nails on a chalkboard for me. If Ms. Raine's other books have the same voice actor, I will buy the book and read it myself.

Wow... this was pretty good... Nice Shifter story about an orphaned Alpha female who finds her mate and tries like heck to not mate with him....

I think the secondary characters made this book better...

This was by far not a "can't put down" book... but is was good.

Nice narration...

Wow where to start!!!!!
the way this unfolds is like a wet dream come to life torchering every nerve of my being making me warm moist and intoxicated from one eye popping ravenous word to the next. This story was definitely smokin hot with an intriguing storyline that kept me thirsty excited and on edge from the very beginning to the jaw dropping end I thoroughly enjoyed the storyline the narrator performance was fabulous all around of five star book

there is not .5 but that's what I would give this book it was good but not one I would reread again the female lead was to bratty for my liking she acted more like a spoiled child than a girl who had been on her own since 10 yrs old surviving she had moment were I was like yeah finally a women then nope spoiled brat again. the male lead was good but wish he had a better female strong. I think the human friend alisha was stronger for standing up to the males. and you know it's bad if you can remember the females leads name but you can remember the secondary characters names which I'm looking forward to listening to alisha story even though this one was my favorite still look I g forward to the next one just bc I want to hear alisha get her own story and would like one for Portia too.

Where does Marked by the Alpha rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This paranormal shifter romance had great spanking scenes that I so enjoy. This is the first book I've read by this author and I look forward to explore more of her works. This book was easily in the top ten of my fav spanking romance novels.

What about Sirly Eric’s performance did you like?

I had not heard this narrator before but I truly enjoyed his performance of this book. There was some extraneous background noise that was a little distracting but I still think he did a great job over-all.

Adaline Raine dida great job in writing this story'
What had me was Dani's attitude... yes, we know she grew up depending on herself for everything... as some would say a lone wolf....( a lone red headed wolf) she acted like a spoiled child. she needed spanking. I wanted to Strangled her eventhough it was just a book...lo.
Mason's the Alpha of his own pack could not even control this lone wolf,
I wanted to learn more about him and how he became the Alpha as his pack.
In Dani's mind she knew who Mason was and why he came to the shop but her Stubbornness didn'twant to succumb bto and Alpha's rule. Although she had to learn everything on her own about being a wolf she never learned what it meant to be claimed by an Alpha, and knowing that was what was going to happen if she fought it, she fought Mason.
( can we call it'Clash of the Titans? seems fitting... Lol.
All in All a great read.
