Once the zombie''s is removed, the power of the group takes over. Now the remaining human kind must survive in other groups. Marley and her friend want to dress up for their friends wedding. But, something happens, Marley and her friend are separated and are about to be offered to the head of this group. But, Axe who are apart of this guards knows she is his. but, now he overstepped and now the head ruler is gone but who will be in charge? But, they must leave in order to keep their safety. Hm. this is an insta love story that is crazy to believe that could be true. but the story is still entertaining. I had the opportunity to get an ARC audio copy of this book and it was awesome with a hero and heroine narrating. Zombies have come and have taken over. The Ravagers are formed to kill the zombies. Once the zombies have been destroyed the Ravagers get out of control. They are barbaric men that raid, steal, kidnap the women and just are good people. Marley has been on the run for years getting away from the zombies and she finds refuge. Marley had her friend have been kidnapped by the Ravagers and are now slaves to the leader Boris. Max is a Ravagers and he has taken a liking to Marley and has vowed to protect and keep her safe. He kills several of the Ravagers and he Marley and her friend take off. Max has a cabin and takes the ladies there. Max and Marley pledge their love for one another and have a hot passionate night and morning. The Ravagers have gotten word that Max has killed several in the group and they come after him in the cabin. Max is my kind of alpha sexy male. There are over 30 of the Ravagers and Max is not afraid he has equipped Marley with a crossbody and he prepares for battle.

Will Max win over the Ravagers, will he and Marley have a life together?

First I have not found one book by Olivia I have not loved, and this one is no exception. Heather and Noel did amazing as narrators. I read this book and was so excited to see it on Audible and they did it justice. This is a fast burn, amazing book.
