Such an adorable story... though I couldn't help my heart breaking just a little bit for sweet Akira. What a lot of changes he has to endure, but it is a lovely happily ever after.

The audio version is beautifully performed by Eddie Leonard Jr.

I really loved this story; it was simultaneously heartwarming and sexy! Great writing as always by Amelita Rae. The narrator could stand to use a little bit more variation between voices, as both the seme and uke have the same feminine voice which kind of throws me off. Also, there are some editing issues toward the end, with repeated words and phrases. However, these issues are easily overlooked because this story is so cute and sexy.

If you like yaoi you’ll like this tail...i mean Tale. Different than my normal story but i enjoyed it.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I have a serious addiction to Amelita’s works so I generally read them the day she puts them up. Beloved 1&2 are no exception and I loved them both. That being said maybe my experience would have been better had I not read the book before listening to the audio version. There are definitely some editing issues through out that only become more prominent the closer to the end you get. But that didn’t bother me to much as the Narrators accent and the lack of variation between characters. He just didn’t do it for me. This is an adorably sexy story but I definitely recommend reading the book over the listening to the Audio version
