This narrator is always great. The story is interesting and has engaging twists and turns. I found the main female character to be not so much “insecure” as in a constant panic that even 1 look meant everything was over forever - and many times.

I may have to come back and edit this review after I listen to the last few hours of the book. As of right now however, it has disappointed me. I loved the first book in this series so I purchased this one. Butttt, the author may not know what it is like to be hurt by seeing the person you live letting someone do you a “favor” you see it in your mind all the time. You dont just forgive and forget and trust and marry within 4-5 days. Why would you make this woman sooooo Ugh!!! Forgiveness may come but not that fast and not like that. Not gonna stray he keeps saying but he let her do the favor :-/ that is straying. Why, just why could you not let him earn the trust back???? Not just give cause it hurts too bad to say oh its ok……..blah. Hope the last few hours redeem the book for me.

This was a great story. It was hot and sexy in places, humorous in others and sometimes made me angry and sad. There were a few surprises and some things I didn’t see coming regarding Susan’s family and background. I’m planning to listen to the next book soon. I almost forgot to say how much I enjoyed Paul Woodson’s audio performance he made a good story even better.

I enjoyed listening to this.

this was the most boring book I've listened to on audible to date.. nothing really happens in the story except for the h&h getting each other off twice a day while the ex mistress does stupid stuff to be a bitch to the heroine... it got ultra monotonous and I had to discontinue
