It could just as easily have been 200 years ago as 9,000 years. The narration continues in such a monotonous voice that it is a terrific cure for insomnia. At least all the "taking of women" avoids graphic details.

" I wish I hadn't wasted a credit for this series. I kept thinking it would get better, based on reviews, but it never happened. This series moves into my list to cure insomnia. The narrator has no inflection, which makes for good sleeping.
