"Incredible and Engaging Stories and Voice Talent"
Responding to multiple maydays, the TARDIS lands on the planet of Death’s Deal, but the distress calls are old, the final echoes of terrified lost souls. This is an exotic world of lethal creatures, nicknamed The Deadliest Planet in the Galaxy, and only the brave, foolhardy or greedy would ever dare to visit. Finding themselves stranded among a motley bunch of space tourists, the Doctor and Donna must lead a struggle for survival against the frenzied wildlife as they slowly realise that other members of the group have very different agendas.
When the sky rips open somewhere over Dover, two objects hurtle out of the Vortex and crash-land in the sea. One is the TARDIS, out of control and freefalling - but the other, a mysterious crystalline sphere, is far more sinister... The Doctor and Donna are rescued and taken to a secret command centre in the Dover cliffs. It's May 1940, and Vice-Admiral Ramsey is about to finalise one of the most daring plans of the Second World War: Operation Dynamo.
When the TARDIS is invaded by a holographic marketing scam, the Doctor and Donna find themselves trapped on the Edifice, a purpose-built complex of luxury apartments in space. Their new environs leave much to be desired: millions of beings from across the Universe have been gathered to live side by side in similar apartments. Instead of creating neighbourly affection, it's led to terrible battles being waged in the corridors and on the stairwells.
Giles has been grounded! Budleigh Salterton’s most famous citizen has been forced to stay at home by the Home Office - and his father. But something minor like that won’t dent Giles’s enthusiasm, so in this fourth series, he sets up GWH Travvel ("two ‘m’s, two ‘g’s, two ‘v’s - bit of a mix up at the printers"). Run from his bedroom, GWH Travvel is a one-stop Travel/Advice/Events Management/Website service, which always stays true to its motto: "We go there so you won’t want to".
