You may have heard of the term "frugal living". These days, living within your means is becoming increasingly important. While some people find themselves in mass credit card debt, or other such unfortunate scenarios, those who practice frugal living tend to stay away from living on borrowed money and often prefer to build a savings. If choosing to use lines of credit, practitioners of frugal living almost always do so for emergency situations only, and make high priority of paying it off quickly.
