This is the story of how a private dectective "John Black" tracks down a sadistic psychiatric therapist turned serial killer. Set in New York City in 1946, it grapples with the mental illness we call depression. This is the continuing story of a grave digger called John Black who moonlights as a private detective. The backdrop for this story is New York City in 1948. Back then, what with the mob and all, Gotham was a hotbed of hoodlums. It was no surprise then that the City had more than its fair share of murders. For John, there was to be one too many murders - namely of his boss, Jack Berry.
