Very much enjoyed this book. Matt finally gets a handle on his dungeon and there is a wealth of action as the story takes the reader from one point of interest to the next. Listened at work, listened at home, couldn't put it down. Easy five stars.

This series is post apocalypse done right with an awesome system integrated into the story. I imagine the decisions wouldn’t be easy and our modern morals would conflict with what needs to be done. The author does a great job writing characters that war with what has to be done but do it regardless. Well done Jez. You’ve killed it again!

Jez caught me on this series. I was already a fan of the Underverse series, but this one has quickly become my favorite. Even when the characters do things that annoy the heck out of me, it’s just a reminder that everyone isn’t going to act the way you want them to when the pressure of the apocalypse starts weighing down on all. Never been a huge fan of Dungeon Core books… until now. Can’t wait for Age of Iron.

This book was interesting. MC changed from a normal human variant to a thunder God, so basically he is basically Thor. It’ll be interesting to see how he progresses in the next book. I’m looking forward to reading it.
