Okay, I loved this so much more than I expected! Chase and Brooke were spectacular. The tension built up beautifully until it finally spilled over, and seeing them both learn to conquer their fears was life affirming. I swooned, I teared up, I kicked my feet, I fanned my face. Such an easy 5 stars for me! Open door, 🌶️🌶️.5.

A great story with interesting plot twists and characters. Maxine Mitchell and Joe Arden are terrific narrators on their own and, as always, have excellent chemistry. Together they made this a great listen.

It’s been a long time since there’s been a book that has been a tearjerker to me. Those last two chapters had me feeling like I was right in the story. The Ups And Downs of this book were perfect and all the right ways it makes you question your love, it makes you, want to relieve your past and never take anything for granted seize the moment and all that good stuff from picking up this book on Thursday to finishing it. Friday afternoon was a perfect way to escape my days.
