I found this book to be even better than the first book of the series. And I am super excited about the series continuing, I'm sure the next Book is going to be about Noah and that doctor!

This story covers cancer, recovery, death and mourning and really hit home with me and the losses in my life and how I processed them.

If a book stirs up emotions in me, then I know the writer has mad skills, is talented big time. I loved this book. I started listening yesterday and finished this evening. Could not stop listening to the beautiful narration of Marc Bachmann; the work he did on the voices was simply great. Next in the series, Noah’s love story, with the Texan surgeon, will be a treat. River Jaymes worked out the characters in detail and added extra characters who fitted in the story without being overbearing. After having read book 1, I did not expect to read about Tyler next, nor did I expect this much emotional dept in the story. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you River Jaymes and please keep them coming. I’m a fan. ❤️

I listened to the first of river jaymes' books a while ago and thought it to be above average, but this second installment is even better. Loved the two male MC and the dynamic of the entire group of men comprising Ty's friends. I will absolutely be bying Noahs story when it comes out too. I listened to many many m/m stories and am by now a little picky since some of Them Seem to blend together in a non-descipt mass of "same same" but i Think this author might be able to write stories that stands out and stay in the "i remember that story" catagory.
