Good will always prevail no matter what! Even the one who wants revenge still has good in him & enough to not want another to suffer as he did. I really enjoy this series!

Very romantic with lots of mystery and thrills. Only two love scenes I think and way too short, I keep wishing for more but don’t expect they’ll ever be more, that’s disappointing. Great narration by Antony Ferguson.

I love the way Donna Grant writes. dhe brings you into her Stories and you can really see the world, People and it comes alive in your mind. I hope she continues her books in all the series she has written. I love the highlanders and the dragon kings.

This book was originally read as apart of the Audible Escape package, then was later purchased as Kindle eBook to read at my own leisure. Night’s Blaze book #5 in the Dark King series; which is apart of the greater Dark World. Characters from previous books appear and longer subplots are beginning to form.

Rhys fun loving playboy… is hiding a few secrets: from his fellow kings and the woman he loves. Lily is running from her past, and it finally catches up with her. The secrets these two hold can shake Dreagan to its foundation… the only thing that these to think they are keeping secret is their feelings for one another.

This book is entertaining, as with all Dark World books. Once you get sucked into the Dark World… it is hard to get out.

Rhys is the lovable, sarcastic, argumentative King we have all come to know and love. He has lost something that has changed him, but has found Lily. Lily lost her family, and herself, by choosing the wrong man. Now that she has found Rhys, she is starting to become the woman she used to be. With Lily’s ex and the King’s enemies against them, Rhys & Lily have a lot to overcome. I am a long time reader of Donna Grant and am re-reading the books and am enjoying the books even more the second (or third) time around. The characters and stories that Donna Grant has created paint a world of danger, magic & love that we, her readers, get to inhabit for a while.

Not only is this series one of my favorites, but with my time being so monopolized these days I haven't been able to read. I don't miss a thing with my audio now. I listen to her stories on my way to work and home. This is actually a great form of meditation for me.
Antony Ferguson is astounding. He narrates better than any other. Donna writes with an Irish, English, and Texan accent. She also writes in Scottish brogue. I'll be doggone if Antony doesn't do each to perfection. He has brought her writing to life! Well done!

I like this series a lot. Antony Ferguson did a better job this time, had more feeling.

The reason I gave it a 4 star and not a 5. Spoiler: I am a reader who likes the characters to have no "hook ups" once meeting each other. There is no cheating in this book, but Rhys lost a point for "dating" after meeting Lily before they became a couple, He took to long figure out he loved her. This is just a personal preference of mine.

I am looking forward to the rest of the series, and characters.

I love this series. it has all my favorite things - strong, handsome, powerful warriors, beautiful, strong heroines, lots if romance, and plenty of action. Not to mention, it is in Scotland!

Antony Ferguson is simply amazing. I could listen to him all day (and frequently do). I love his accents, especially his brogue. He does such a great job of bringing the story to life.
