I have been noticing a shift in my thought process thanks to the exercises and direct definitions in this text. I'm looking forward to continuing to work through my mental blockages with this tool.
I'm facing an issue though. Ch 7 exercises are missing in the downloadable PDF booklet. I do not have access to the timeline or the 4 box with terms in it. If a new one can be uploaded and/or emailed to me I would greatly appreciate it.

Found this book very helpful,some of the exercises were difficult to carry out,but its worth it to try them.I loved chapter 13.

it's hard to listen to this on the go. there are too many things you need to write down. basically this is a workbook and needs your full attention. I do not recommend this on long drives. I am interested in getting the actual book so that I can do all of the exercises.
