I love this book so much, the way that Lisa shared her truth so authentically and actively holds space within the book for the reader to do the same is so lovely.

Love the book, the tone, her voice. it's encouraging in a gentle way, relatable anecdotes, not stressful to listen to. I listen as I'm falling asleep and pick up different bits of it each time as I listen on repeat. if you like listening to sleep this is a good one, just the right amount of engaging.

Needed a different reader. No offense, but her natural cadence was distracting. Very up and down and the last word of every sentence has a long draw. Good hard book, not a great audio book.
