Publisher's summary

The ultimate threat requires the ultimate Arsenal!

Amelia is fresh from her victory over ARC when a massive hurricane strikes New Orleans. In the aftermath, a pile of bodies is found and all evidence points to the Wraith as the perpetrator.

Has the killer of evil lost her grip on reality and started murdering indiscriminately? Or is there something even more dangerous in the world than the Wraith?

With every superhero in North America gunning for Madisun Dumas, Arsenal has to race against the clock and stand up to her own teammates to prove the vigilante's innocence.

If she doesn't kill her first.

Loved it but I’m sad it is over…

I love this series!!! I know I’ll be going back through multiple times!
I’m thankful to Haskel for sharing Amelia and her story with us all. I hope there will be more from this universe in the future. I really liked Al pretty much every character. The bad guys for their own reasons.
Having Wraith in this one was a fun and enjoyable experience.

I’m also thankful for having Emily “The Queen” Beresford as the narrator. She is definitely one of my favorites. She did a phenomenal job throughout this series! Going the extra mile and really bringing characters to life. Helping us to feel what the characters feel. Simply amazing.

Better than Ex-Heroes

There is much more to this story and I’m glad because it is worth reading.
Amelia and Madisun(Wraith) take on Legion and Nemesis … on the moon. Krisan in space; Carlos grounded on Earth; Amelia in a trap.
I love how the cause for powers and so much more is tied in and locked down. It’s tied up airtight and VERY well done.

What a crazy ride. I’m so glad i discovered this author’s Grimm Wars series because it lead me here.
This has been 9 books worth of great action, plot, and laughs. Wraith book 4 starts from here and continues the story.

I have enjoyed these more than Ex-Heroes by Peter Clines.
I recommend this series to absolutely everyone. Wow.
The narrator was amazing and really helped deliver the books. She is a very talented artist. I’m glad she is the one performing these.

Be Advised...

Be advised, the beginning of this book is going to confuse the hell out of you. Because that's what it did to me.
From the start it is apparent that there are characters and whole adventures that you won't have a clue about. Somehow neither the author nor Audible thought to mention to us, the readers/listeners, that the Full Metal Superhero series is part of a shared universe with the Superhero by Night(Wraith) series. As best as I can tell the two series started crossing over in book four of the Wraith books.
Now I have no problem with book series crossing over. I do however take issue with the fact that to understand what's going on in the last book of a nine book series I need to stop and go read a completely different series by the same author.
Preferably this should be labelled as being both Full Metal Superhero Book 9 and "Crossover Hero Series" Book 2? 3? or something to that effect. That way at least you know what books you need to get the full story. At the very least there should be a warning disclaimer.

Seriously, this pisses me off. I literally had to stop listening and go do research to figure out why in the hell nothing made sense. Now I'm going to have to start another series just to finish this one.

not happy with audible

It’s a good book, don’t get me wrong about that. My main pet peeve is with audible. This book has at least three, maybe four books that proceed. All the bowl only has one of those books. It just came out at the beginning of this year, and therefore I have a lot of missing information. As of right now I have every book that alible offers in this universe. Other than trying to play catch-up, and understand certain points it was good. Really wish there was a little more of a conclusive ending, but maybe that means there’s another book on the way.
