Great storyline and a plethora of wonderful characters. The sweetness of this book is from start to finish.

How has no one recommended them to me before? How have I never heard of this author before now?! I don’t have those answers. I’m only glad for the happy accident of finding them.

The writing is good. Mechanically, structurally good.
The storytelling is good. Depth in the characters, plot with enough complexity to be engrossing and compelling.
We all, audiobook fans, know the narration can make or break the listening experience. This narrator is an excellent fit with these stories.

I don’t care that I started in the middle of the series. I’m going to work my way through them all and go looking for more. Really enjoying these a lot.
