Publisher's summary

A canine collaborator...

Mallory's client is relying on her to solve an inconvenient murder, and her stomach won't stop grumbling.

Thankfully, she's got a team of magical and human friends to help her find the culprit...and slip her snacks to stave off a devilish hunger. But she's also got a secret weapon: a wicked clever bloodhound with a nose for the bad guys.

Love the cozyness

Oh my this series has been absolutely hilarious and such a good cozy mystery series! The FMC is one of my favorites ever. I can’t wait to read more of these!

Loved it!

I love that Mallory is making her own way and not trying to be too much like others. Also love how she’s building her gang around her!

I loved it! And I hate vampire stories.

Who is mallory? What is Mallory? Even better than the first book! New hints, new clues! New mysteries! Tantalizing bits of info. Some secrets reveiled. Again, great story and great narration! Starting book 3 as soon as I hit submit!

Love this series

I would consider this a cozy vampire story. Cute but has its kick ass moments and pretty funny too. Can’t wait for the next one. Highly recommend.

Cute

These are very cute and fun, but they feel more like light UF (the first one especially) than cozies. They’re a bit too bloody for cozies, and the adult language might turn some cozy readers off. If you happen to like both cozies and UF like I do, though, you’ll probably enjoy these!

Enjoyable but loose ends

Enjoyable story, although Mallory sometimes does stupid things. Biggest complaint is all the loose ends. I prefer closure at the end of the book, but we’re reminded of a loose end in the last couple pages.
