A girl who believes trust can be misplaced, promises are made to be broken, and loyalty is an illusion.

A boy who believes truth is relative, lies can mask unbearable pain, and guilt is eternal.

Will what they find in each other validate their conclusions, or disprove them all?

Easy is one HOTT read. Nothing super spectacular and I honestly didn't buy the "conflict" of the two main characters having a relationship. I 100% saw every "surprise" coming but you know what I did not care.

This book was enjoyable, sexy, and down right entertaining.

HOTT (Yes, with two T's)

Where does Easy rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Not reading a YA novel before, I would rate it about an 8 on my scale. Very good book.

What other book might you compare Easy to and why?

I really don't have another book to compare this to. This is my first YA novel. This was easy listening and good storyline.

Have you listened to any of Tara Sands’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I usually try to reserve my books for walking or traveling. At onset, this was a tad slow and I thought here goes your typical adolescent whining dramas but was greatly impressed with the development. I saw some of the highlights coming, but it was still good to hear them. I liked the narration of the teen’s voice and the separation of the gender voices. I also liked that it dealt with relevant topics such as rape, bonding, trust, death, anger, etc. Great book and I look forward to future works such as this from the author. My favorite characters were Jacqueline (JW), Erin, Lucas(LM), Benji and Professor Heller.

I LOVED THIS BOOK. I LIKE THAT IT ACTUALLY HAS A PLOT!!! AND A GOOD ONE AT THAT...I THOUGHT LUCAS WAS A VERY INTRUIGING CHARACTER. I WAS DONE WITH IT IN 2 DAYS.

REALLY GOOD LISTEN!!!

This was my first time listening to an audiobook! I found it very enjoyable. The narrator, Tara Sands, did a fantastic job and the story was really good too. This story is filled with emotion, real-life issues, coming-of-age-ness, and romance. It starts off really intense, with the main character struggling to fight off a guy who is trying to rape her. Throughout the story, Jacqueline has to live with the consequences of not telling anyone what happened to her that night.

The characters were good. Jacqueline, the main character and narrator, has many issues to deal with early on in the story. She grows a lot throughout the novel and becomes a stronger woman. Lucas, the love interest, is awesome, like many leading men are. He is caring, strong, and Jacqueline's personal hero.

The writing was good. It's a bit hard for me to critique the writing, due to the fact that I was listening to the book and not reading it. But, from what I could tell from listening, the writing was well-done. The audio narration was very good. I was able to get into the story every time I turned it on and it was almost like I was reading it myself at times. The voice definitely doesn't take away from the story whatsoever.

I'm happy to say that my first audiobook experience was enjoyable! Listening to a book when you normally can't read, like when driving to work and getting ready in the morning, is totally awesome! Though I do feel that some of the storyline was predictable and not overly unique, it didn't really matter. I would recommend this audiobook to anyone unsure of which one to try first (like I was). The novel I would recommend to all you New Adult Contemporary Romance lovers out there -- this one is worth it.

What did you like best about Easy? What did you like least?

The characters were interesting. It was predictable throughout.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

I would have made it a little less obvious, but the plot moved along smoothly.

Have you listened to any of Tara Sands’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No

Do you think Easy needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

No, not really

Any additional comments?

My 21 year old daughter could not get enough of this book. The college campus setting and young love and misunderstandings are themes that this age particularly enjoy. As for more mature readers, I would not strongly advise this selection, although it was entertaining.

Excellent for a female college student
