Ragged-Ass Gulch

It's a little too backwoods hillbilly for me. The language is accurately simple, and the story could be a run-of-the-mill true story in the life of any backwoods Southerner.

It passed the time ...

Not much to see here. Somewhat amusing, but a real plot stinker. You could see it coming a mile away. Maybe more.

I haven't read the book but listening to the audio was a good choice for me.

Good read

I thought that the book was a good read but didn't have a plot that really held your attention. All in all, I still would recommend it to my friends but tell them that they shouldn't expect any fireworks.
