Enjoyable listen simple methods to bring awareness

Really enjoyed this author and book. Bought this on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised by the simple exercises, parables, and review of these great concepts. Will plan to listen again, already using these simple mindfulness exercises, while I drive, walk, and work. Highly recommend!

Brilliant and revealing!

I found this to be a most brilliant and revealing audiobook on Zen meditation, a topic that is sometimes difficult for Westerners like me to grasp. The best thing is it was written for beginners. It presents Zen’s basic concepts in a much easier way, making it easier to understand and apply than similar works. I loved the exercises and guided meditations, both valuable and life changing. I would recommend this audiobook to someone who wants to learn about this topic.
