Modern Day Cinderella
Maryann Jordan once again gives us a beautifully woven tale, this time about a modern day Cinderella. Zeke is one of Miss Ethel’s boys so is definitely the prince in this story. He meets Cynthia when she comes into the homeless shelter where he is serving breakfast. He feels an instant connection to her and looks forward to seeing her again. This story is enchanting, engrossing, and exhilarating and the relationship between Zeke and Cynthia is so beautifully developed. I totally loved everything about this story and of course enjoyed listening to Kale Williams narrate it with his usual flair. He always brings these stories to life and makes the listening experience so enjoyable. This series continues to be one of my favourite and I look forward to each and every story. I highly recommend this, and every book in this series!
