This is my go-to reference book!!! I have been teaching yoga to children for over six years and I still go back to this book over and over for new ideas, sequences, or ways to change up my teachings. This is the only book I recommend to parents that are also looking for ways to share Yoga for children at home.

Highly recommended !

The book looks amazing. Has so many poses and instructions on how to get children into the poses correctly. I love its content. I'm still going to keep it because I don't want to mess with the hassle of exchanging it and I still think the book looks great.

A fun time with your children!

An easy to follow instructional audiobook for children and parents. Learning Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with your faimly as you work on the mind, body, and soul. Yoga is not something to rush through. It teaches a very important lesson: Slow down and breathe! This audiobook is a must have for any home!

Good quality.!

It is a very nice book that I will be giving to my Great-grandchildren. As a mom of a six year old, I have seen the amazingly positive outcomes of doing yoga for children. This book made it possible for me to better yoga instructor for kids. It will literally change your life.

Super helpful. Love the history bit

This book have a great variety of Yoga for children and are perfect for teaching yoga to my young classes. I really enjoy this book, particularly the guided meditations toward the back of the book. All tips and information are useful to everyone.

Great book for anyone desire to share yoga for children. A well balanced book. A lot of important information gathered in this book. I was actually impressed by how much useful information squeezed in such a short book. Author described every single thing very clearly with some proper explanations. Such an excellent book.

I really enjoyed this book.

I have been teaching children's yoga for many years. This book is a must-have for any teacher, parent, yoga teacher...anyone that has contact with children! Recommended !

I teach weekly yoga classes in schools and lead teacher workshops on how to bring yoga and movement into their classrooms. This is hands down the first book I recommend to teachers and parents who want to learn more on the subject. I am really grateful she wrote it because it fulfilled a much-needed niche in my library and in the area of Children's yoga.
