Helpful but one request

I really wish this came with a pdf (and if it does, how do I find it?). The recipes sound amazing but I had to listen to them 4-5 times each in slo-mo because it felt like rapid fire information that I couldn’t write down fast enough. I’m excited to try these recipes once I write all 50 of them down and write down the 4 week menu and figure out what I need to buy from the store. Feels like a ton of work after listening to the chapter that talks about stress and preparedness… but I digress. Still excited to try at least some of the recipes.
