You are rooting for the Hero/Heroine throughout the book. Loved that Emily rescued the kitten.
It did drag on a bit and started slow. Storyline was sad too. It picked up as the main characters met.

Love this second series too!
The first series was great! I’m always skeptical about reboot’s, however this second series has been great so far! All of the other characters are there! Clean and sweet!

Each book is a different first hand account of people interacting in a village. After reading one, you will want to read another and then keep on going to see what twist there will be in the dynamic of friendship!
