Nice story, love Kate!

I could listen to Kate Mulgrew recite the alphabet and it would be amazing. The added bonus is that this is a good story. And I'm enjoying a glass of wine as a result of it.

I love the story

I haven't heard Kate Mulgrew read a book before and I must say visualizing Captain Janeway as the main character was hilarious!

I love the story and it's flow! The narrator did an excellent job voicing the main character. I will have to go listen to one of the other books she's narrated!

The story follows a family struggling find their way in a world not so distant from our own. We're seeing many of the things happening in this story happen in the real world today.

I wold like to see more stories from the METAtropolis Universe even though I know they're not coming. It was such a good series!

Great author & great narrator

I could have used a more scifi and a bit less winery business intricacies, but this was still very good. Great characters that feel real, a bit of suspense and intriguing futuristic elements in a climate changed society. Too bad it wasn't longer! Kate Mulgrew of course is fantastic as usual

I learned about wine!

This short story taught me about wine, which is pretty cool. It's written in such a way that it invites you in to another world. Not only the alternate future of this series, but also the world of winemakers. I do really love learning more about this alternative future. To reference a great podcast, it sounds like the future we we promised, rather than the future we deserve. (Soft green all the way! (And if you don't know what that means, keep reading!))
