Hannah Huntsford is scared for her life.

She's seen a lot during her time as a private investigator, but she's never stared down a murderer before until now.

This wasn't the plan. It had started out as a simple infidelity investigation.

Then, in the middle of Hannah's stakeout, she heard a woman's blood-curdling scream.

She couldn't ignore it. She refused to turn her back on danger.

Hannah ran into a neighbor's backyard.

That's when she came toe to toe with a masked killer.

Fun! Fun! Fun!

I love these cases MZ Potts give us. She is creates the best small town feels, with good treats, nosy neighbors and a bit of romance right along with the craziness that happens in Treasure Trove. Hannah is now enjoying her new, tiny home. Living near Daphne and the interesting Detective O'Connor is a huge plus. That is until she witnesses a murder. Now the only one who can help identify the suspect, she is working closely with the detective. Will it turn out to be more than just professional? Well, dig into the quirky town, find out the victim and possible suspects. It's a great whodunnit that kept me on my toes and let me enjoy that small town community.

Stephanie Quinn continues her narration of this series. I love her voice, perfect for the cozy mystery feel. She keeps her character voices consistent from book to book and adds in the new with ease. Great with comedic timing and building that air of suspense, she performs a fun listen!

Murder and baked goods!

Tis is Book 2 in the Treasure Trove mystery series starring PI Hannah and her love interest. There's not a lot of romance, but it builds from book to book. the story and mystery are well written. The way the book is written, you can't guess who the perpetrator is, but riding shotgun with Hannah is always entertaining and hunger inducing.

Great Read

Tiny House, Big Murder (Southern Midlife Treasure Trove Cozy Mystery #2) was a great read by M.Z. Potts. Hanna Huntsford finds herself scared for her life. Although she has seen a lot as a private investigator, she has never stared down a murderer until now. What started as a simple infidelity investigation, turned into hearing a woman's scream during her stakeout. She refused to ignore it and turn her back on danger. Hanna ran into a neighbors yard and came toe to toe with a masked killer. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait to read more by the author.

Good narration by Ms. Quinn, enhanced the story

Second in the series and I enjoyed it as much as the first one. Hannah was an interesting person, and she was good at her job. Talking to herself out loud gave her a more human and humorous facet. I liked the developing relationship between her and Tyler. This was a fun read, and I look forward to more.

Stephanie Quinn, once again, did a wonderful job with the narration for the audiobook which I had a chance to listen to. I enjoyed her distinctions between the main characters and the emotion she put into it.

Good cozy mystery

Tiny House, Big Murder was an entertaining cozy mystery with suspense, intrigue and enough clues to satisfy my detective heart.
Life in Treasure Cove has been difficult after a bitter divorce but private investigator Hannah has moved on with her life. Being an investigator can be dangerous and when she witnesses a murderer fleeing the scene in her tiny home village she knows that she could well be in danger as well. Determined to help her detective friend with his investigation, her suspicions will create more questions than answers.
Will they be able to solve the intriguing mystery. This is a well written story that kept and held my attention. Narrator Stephanie Quinn did a good job and I enjoyed her performance although her southern drawl was a little difficult to understand on occasion.

An enjoyable, unique read/listen

With more than 125 reads from author Meredith Potts/KM Morgan/Amelia Morgan, , I welcomed the chance to read Tiny House, Big Murder: Southern Midlife Treasure Trove Cozy Mystery, Book 2 back in July of 2022. So when I got the chance to re-read/listen to the Audible edition I again jumped at it. Longer, at 242 pages/3-hours 37-minutes, than many of the author's books I've read in her other nom de plo͞oms, never-the-less well-written & enjoyable, not just another cute, clean cozy mystery. She's laying the groundwork for perhaps her best character & series to date. Regular narrator Stephanie Quinn's narration reaches new heights with her faux southern accent adding greatly to this wonderful read. (and own a Kindle copy as well so I could read along while being read to) & am voluntarily reviewing it. Kelley Hazen’s excellent narration again adds to the book’s enjoyment. I look forward to reading more in this series & from this author. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).
