Critic reviews

"The only constant is change. War. Pandemic. Chaos. And the grand master of chaos, the headmaster of the harshest school, has brought us his next, powerful, essential, and transformational book. This book will blow your mind and change your world. It's not about balance! It is about shattering complexity, and breaking life into three simple things. It is about creating a new 'baseline' for perception, cognition, and growth. A 'secret sauce' for success in the face of chaos!" (Lt. Col. Dave Grossman, author of On Killing, On Combat, and On Spiritual Combat)

"A brutal, harrowing, ultimately uplifting true journey through failure and success, the human mind, facing down fear, and using failure overcoming it. A necessary guidebook into the heart of the human spirit and leading during chaos." (Eric Van Lustbader, The New York Times best-selling author of The Bourne Legacy and The Nemesis Manifesto)

Challenge excepted!!!

I love to be challenged. Now it’s time to put in the work! Thanks for the inspiring challenge. Nothing good comes easy, it is only easy once achieved.

Simplicity

I like the simplicity of the rules and I felt like someone was having a conversation with me.

It addresses simple things on why we don’t excel- my favorite part was the no excuses and mean what you say.

I plan to hear other audibles by him.

Wonderful Motivating Book-

This is a great book that you should read at least twice, so you can pick up on things you make have missed the first time listening to it.

It will motivate you to not make this so complicated. Take it from a ex navy seal!

Keep it simple

Great book. Took some great notes. Next step is applying it. So much information. It’s a blessing. Next step is to use this knowledge. Honor your word.
