Publisher's summary

The floodwaters have receded, and the war is over. A ruler has fallen. The Wind Runner lives, missing yet not forgotten.

The world is changing, growing larger. After the horrors of war and the loss of spring comes the renewal of summer, a chance for a new beginning.

Ryoka Griffin has reappeared in Izril's north. The Quarass is dead, yet the King of Destruction's war continues. In the jungles of Baleros, Geneva and her friends fall under the shadow of the Titan of Baleros. Amidst it all, Erin Solstice grieves for the dead and pulls her family close. Yet there is always a door leading her onwards to a magical future...

well written but low key filler

i hate to say this but this book was a bit disapointing. i adore TWI i have listened to the whole series through before each new installment. however hype is a double edged sword. this is not a bad book in fact uts great as part of the series bit its clearly the start of a new arc or perhaps the wierd between arc bit with the conclusion of tears of liscor its to be expected. my only real gripe is so much of the book was spent world building for side characters . rather than with the main characters wich for me was really disappointing given the title.

Just keeps getting better!

Over time, this has grown into a truly sweeping story so full of interesting characters and sun plots that there’s never a time that I’m not interested in 4-5 scenes at a time. I’m always anxious to see what is coming next.

I offer a huge shout of support to both the author (who has improved in style markedly over the series, and the narrator who fits perfectly.

One of my favorite all-time series and I’m just scared she’ll find a way to bring it to and end!

Can't get enough of this series

Another great book in the series. This one flew by too quick. Each little side story could be a great series in itself, and that's not including everything else. can't wait for the next one

Still one of my favourite series

Book 10 and roughly 400 hours in to the series and I’m still loving it as much as when I bought the first one.
Narration is superb as always.

Another beautiful entry

My absolute favorite thing about the wandering inn is the blend on slice of life from so many perspectives to the action and intrigue from around the world. This is a series that will make you laugh, cry, spike adrenaline, and cry again.

I couldn’t help but hear the Pokémon battle theme blasting in my head during a part. You will know it when you get to it.

I loved this! Totally buying the next one! Pirate Aba has insane writing skills, and Andrea has so many voices. Good stuff.

Pirate aba and Andrea Parsneau deliver again

I don’t know how you can make such a great series and love every book but with Andrea Parsneau narrating they always deliver highs and lows, and an epic adventurer. Wish it had more Ryoka but I can’t wait til the next book gets released

I enjoyed the book

I hope that the twin brother explains why the crusades happened because there are few too many people who know why they happened, and it would be a good way to fill in his character more. I can see why the sister doesn't know, but him being a history buff should. it would fit his anti slavery position
