Every leader can benefit from this book
The Top is Never Lonely was an easy read that didn’t get bogged down by analysis and details. Noel does a great job of getting to the point with key points and provides guidance on how they apply. While it is written from his extensive military leadership experience, it transcends leadership in any type organization. It focuses on the most important aspect: the people. This is a must read for anyone preparing for a leadership position.

Great leadership philosophies
This a great summary of leadership philosophies emphasized in the military and civilian sectors. The narrator does a great job reading the book and keeping you engaged. The author lays out 30 leadership lessons over a 30 day period, very easy to follow and revisit.
