Interesting
This wasn’t one of Kadrey’s better stories, but it was short enough to be interesting. The narrator was alright, but there were times I had difficulty distinguishing which character was speaking. Overall, it’s fun & I did enjoy it.

Good but not great!
Not too bad at all for a short story, I love all things Kadrey but there were a few lines that were cornier than what he usually seems to write. That was literally the only thing that kept it from getting 5 stars from me.

Mehhh
The story was just flat for me. I feel like it could have been really good because it was a fresh concept but it just never picked up. The characters were not interesting and no real suspense.
