A good listen
I listened to this while in lockdown and soon got involved in the story. A good listen and I really liked the story as it unfolded. This is the sort of audiobook which is not too long and encourages you to try others.

Interesting Quicky
I really enjoyed listening to this quick little thriller. I go back and forth when it comes to short stories. Most of the time I always feel like there should have been more to story. And that is my only problem with this story. I think it would have been so much better if there was more to it. Other than that, this story was great. The narrator did an excellent job as well. I definitely recommend this one.

Not to be missed!
I still think that short stories are the hardest to write and make meaningful, but there is no doubt that the author is a past master in this area. The story is so realistic that I expected to know the characters in the real world. This story of kindness and recovery is not to be missed.
Narrator Matthew Wiens proved up to the challenge of conveying the emotions of the characters.

Heart-warming
Good. I was not sure when I first started this because I saw it involved a tragic accident, but the story evolves into what happens next. Nicely written. well put together
