AMAZING
I’ve listened to Liz’s podcast for a few years now. This book was big huge. I learned a lot but was also reminded and affirmed for what I did know. This will definitely be a book that I revisit over and over again. Highly recommend. PS- Liz also has the most calming voice.

Loved every bit of this book. I’m looking forward to immediately implementing some of Liz’s strategies into my life. Representation matters. Reading a book on spirituality and intuition from a fellow Asian American woman was refreshing. I felt like I was living in Liz’s inner world as I listened to the book. Unlike many audiobooks that sound monotonous, you can feel Liz’s energy and light throughout the entire audiobook. Thanks Liz! Congrats!

Truly inspiring
This book was what I needed. Liz’s voice and vulnerability shows throughout each chapter. I was able to relate to her story and approach to healing, spirituality and mental health. Thanks Liz!
