All over the place

I'm a huge Austen/regency/history fan but couldn't finish this book. The author had many good ideas for a book, but unfortunately they didn't pick one. instead there are many concepts in one here, making the book disjointed and all over the place. It really just needed a firm editor.

Waste of time

If you’ve read JA’s books there is NO new information in this book. Format is choppy, it’s basically a list of book quotes. This author should be glad the novels are not under copyright. Narrator was good, though.

Needs work

It was a great concept but I agree with others that it’s disjointed nature was too distracting.
