Interesting Read

Worth the read and understanding that even now more than ever, we need to listen to our own bodies and take charge of our health. Kudos to you Lynn for stepping up and making people aware.

Good and Practical

Good practical information from a non-Doctor. But it's ok, because she gives A Ton of antidotal examples and history, which was quite refreshing and surprising. .

It's a really great book, but as always, be careful with all self-medicating.

It’s a little bit redundant at times, but the information was SO HELPFUL. I needed her salt tips very badly. The history was one of my favorite parts.

The information everyone needs in today's world!

Have listened 3 times, & still find i missed something. So utterly fascinating, & something I had studied 11 yes ago, but fell into the trap so many of us do, by finding the sentence:" its rare in the USA", along w/"we get enough in our diets, & salt"! Those words can kill you. Always do your research when it comes to health, why & how big Pharma rules, along w/politicians wanting to line their pockets! I now have a new & built upon library, & will never stop my Holistic & Alternative education!

The book speaks for itself and I'm glad I read it! Iodine is a must for EVERYONE. Shame on the medical industry for not promoting it.

Incredible information and History

This was a fantastic book and filled with valuable information, history and resources to guide anyone who's been dealing with "mysterious changes" or an overall feeling that something's just not right. I wish I'd discovered this a decade ago and am saddened to see that there aren't MORE of the desired authors and experts on the subject of iodine, on audio books. This is one I'll read again and again. I'm already recommending it to friends and family!
