great intro for newbies

this book really motivates you to keep working at improving your health. Lindsey also gives tips and ideas on how to deal with life situations that after transitioning to a plant-based diet may be a little stressful, such as dinner parties. I would recommend this book to anyone considering , or is simply curious, about living on a plant-based diet.

Lindsay presents the information in as way that makes it easy to start making changes in your diet today. lots of awesome information if you are looking to improve the way you eat and think about food

Great Book

I love reading this book it was very informative and very helpful. it was helpful on the different foods that you can eat, and what you can replace certain foods with if you have certain sensitivity certain foods.
