Americans wage many of today’s fiercest policy debates and culture wars over constitutional meaning. It’s because constitutional law is so fundamental to our democracy that law schools across the country teach the subject. It's the area of law that determines what federal and state governments are permitted to do, and what rights you have as an individual citizen of the US. Here, you'll get the same accessible, well-rounded introduction to constitutional law as a typical law student - but with the added benefit of noted constitutional scholar Eric Berger's brilliant insights.

Every country in the world has a special relationship with wine and takes a unique approach to the making, serving, and enjoying of it. Wine is an expression of the hopes, dreams, and cultures of the people who make it, so what better way to learn about the countries of the world than by learning about their wines?

Many horse trainers, even those who espouse the so-called natural horsemanship approach, take the position that horses who fail to obey a human's request are doing so as much out of perversity as ignorance. That's not Mark Rashid's view. In his words, "If we understand that horses can't separate the way they feel from the way they act, then we can start to see that unwanted behavior isn't bad behavior at all. More times than not, it's just the horse expressing the way he feels at that particular moment in time....

Great intro course
This was an amazing 'taste' of the magnificent and varied wines of France. I believe that if I had been able to follow along with actual tasting of each of the wines covered would have moved my rating up from amazing to magical.
My only other (very small) disappointment was that Ms. Simonetti-Bryan missed a couple of my French favourites completely. Namely the Clarette de Die of the Rhone Valley and the Blanc de Blanc of France's smallest Appellation: Cassis.
If you are even the littlest bit interested in learning more about wine, give this course a try.

Direct, efficient and informative
I appreciated the direct, efficient and informative nature. Ms. Simonetti-Bryan goes into a few relevant nuances for each group without drowning you.
I read some other reviews that claimed her narration came off elitist or her voice was high pitched and annoying. I found neither of those to be the case. I found her just knowledgeable and passionate about the subject and able to balance science, art, and cultural history as well as explain nuanced differences between the regions and varietals.
I will download her other lectures.
