A good repository of information about those

She does amazingly at synthesising research and gets access to great leaders in the medical field and others but the rhythm of it can get a bit soporific!

Helpful audio book !!

This audio book is quite helpful in understanding what causes insomnia and how to deal with it. It was largely stuff I had read before and mostly boils down to common sense in the end. Still battling insomnia so it didn't act as a quick fix but I have altered some of my beliefs about insomnia and think that further down the line it can improve.
