Another Jeff Wheeler book I can’t put down!

I’ve been a fan of Jeff Wheeler since the first Muirwood book. I’m happy to say this book lives up to his past works. I highly recommend this book and this author to all who love a good wholesome story!

Excellent story that grows naturally, step by step. And yet, those steps zig and zag.

good start

This was a good start to a new series in Muirwood but not as good as the Ransom series.

Jeff and Kate deliver again!!!

A better author/narrator combo I have yet to find! Mr Wheeler brings characters to brilliant life, wholesome in nature and defiant in tongue -- human, to summarize. And Kate Rudd delivers them to the listener with elegant and entertaining clarity. I plan to read every book in the ever-expanding Wheeler universe. Soak in the wisdom, listen for the mirrors to our own universe, and make your peace with what you discover... or plan your rebellion.

This was a great story. I had to but the other books because I can’t stop listening

looking forward book 2

there are few books I feel I can recommend for this book type for adults teens alike but this is one.

a good read of mystical and dark forces

absolutely wonderful I couldn't put it down. I could listen to these books forever with Kate Rudd narrating.

Great adventure story and hero's journey

The narration and setting are excellent. There is no gratuitus virtue signaling. The language and lack of sex scenes make it appropriate for kids. It is similar to a CS Lewis story set in Muirwood Forest - a prequel to King Arthur.
