Publisher's summary

On April 18th 2007, late in the afternoon, Bernard William Chapman died. His death led his son, David, to embark on a journey of discovery that opened up doors to a world he had no idea existed. Through a series of visits to haunted sites in the South of England, and told across a lifetime of supernaturally influenced misfortune, 'The Darkest Path' charts David's search for the truth... and the terrifying implications of what he uncovers.

Not believable, evil is not why the family failed.

There were repeated lines by the narrator. Evil is not alway the cause of family problems.
