some truth some lies
the book starts well, but is constantly throwing sh@# to men and Freud halfway. a lot of personal views on sexuality are posted as true statement rather than Carolyn own sexual beliefs. by the way dopamine doesn't produce norepinephrine and diazepam works through gaba not equal to placebo. so listen carefully is still worth listening

Caroline repeated
I have a pleather of Caroline’s books and lectures. Though I love and honor her concepts, every one of them is a repeat of the first. Her Catholic guilt riddled relay of messages and wisdom leads me to ponder if her views are somewhat tainted. I don’t disagree with her but I also don’t believe it’s so easily defined or all true.

Creation of Health Not Carolyn Myss' Best Book
I am a fan of Carolyn Myss but this book was a big disappointment. Having another narrator affected the overall quality and content of the book. I struggled with completing this book. It felt like both authors of the book "filled pages" with content that was repetitive in the message.
