Pleasant Read

Fun little whimsical story with just the right about of tension, protagonist frustration, twists, and suspended belief.

Simple RomCom nothing more nothing less

This was a typical RomCom book. I could see it on as a Hallmark movie. But I enjoyed it for what it was. The audio needs editing, there is a production error on my version at the end of chapter 31(book) 33(audiobook) where the narrator forgets to turn off her microphone and you can hear her moving around.

Rom-Com

Thought there’d be more on banned books and less on romance. I wanted to shout out to the protagonist so many times! “Don’t lie again!” “Get someone else in your corner!” “Open your own bookstore!” Etc., etc. As usual, way too easily wrapped up in the end.

Quick Weekend Read (Listen)!

This is my first book by the author. Relatable story for those transitioning in careers. I am looking forward to reading the author's other books!

Great story of friendship, building community, finding love, and pushing beyond our comfort zones.

Nice story

It's a nice simple story, but I got mad at the protagonist.
Also, somewhere around chapter 32, one can hear the reader drinking something and sighing . That was distracting.
It's a nice small-town story. we'll constructed. We'll defined chracters.

Great book to listen to!

I really enjoyed this audiobook. The story was creative and fun, characters had nice depth and variety and the whole thing was quite engaging. Perfect book for a road trip or beach read.

Fast read great narrator great storyline

Very quick lister for me. Enjoyed this very much. Laughed out loud in a few spots and plenty of smiles while listening too. Use a credit. It’s light-hearted and fun.

Excellence

This is a moving story about coming to understand and accept who you are and embrace the good you can do as a result. This book brings all the feels and though the twists in the story are things you anticipate, it’s done in a way that makes you say, aha! I was right all along!
