Amazing and life altering

An important book that needs to be heard with very useful concepts & tools for optimal living.

An Interesting and tremendously practical guide for living in the world today. It’s a rare book that is both highly entertaining but also packs tons of actionable insights. It provides many useful concepts and suggestions that you can implement immediately that actually can improve your quality of life. It’s one slight flaw in that its perspective is definitely young, male, and paleo but worldly in a good way and well worth the read. Truly and refreshingly unique.

live changing

there is a slow start covering evolution so if you had any basic entry-level college class about hundred-gatherer societies it's a little bit of a recap but after that it gets into some very interesting ways to live your life

Wonderful book

This book is a gift that one will be happy they found. If you were thinking about starting audiobooks this is a good starting book for the wit . Paul was perfect for this narration. I’m sure the regular book is awesome too it’s just this didn’t feel like I was being educated but more entertained and then enlightened.
