Chock full of information

You can do anything for 30 days. The information provided in this book is very informative and motivating. I’m actually excited to get started with this journey after listening.

The narrator kept me engaged as I moved through the book. Well done!

sounds interesting

I think it sounds interesting. I agree with it for sure on organic grass-fed ruminates and wild caught. I do think all these chemicals are really bad. I think I might try this just to see if it helps me.

EXCELLENT SOURCE OF NUTRIENTS!

GREAT audiobook for learning more about eating healthy, what to do, how to do it, and how to best find what works for you. Great tips and information, I have been wanting to eat more whole foods and more nutritious foods and this has really helped me.

It's easy to listen to, informative, and entertaining! What more could you ask for, except SKINNY! :) :)

Great Information

This was a very informative book on eating healthy and losing weight. There was a lot packed into a short listen and will work as a great springboard to a healthier life. Some very helpful dieting information

I have personally been struggling with my weight my whole life. I was never able to stick with a diet long term. I have found the 30 days of whole foods diet to be one of the easiest diets for me to follow personally. The audiobook does a great job of explaining why the diet is so impactful, how to execute it for maximum results, and even offers some fantastic recipes. I am a fan of the audiobook overall and would definitely recommend this to anyone who has been struggling with their weight for a while. If you are like me, then this is the diet for you. It is essential to have a legitimate plan to follow to keep you on track. Give it a try, I am confident you will not be sorry.
