An excellent primer for using stories to lead

For those interested in the power of storytelling in business, this short read is an excellent starting place. Presenting 10 story types, Paul Smith provides an initial framework for persuasive story construction to meet the challenges of particular situations.

So worth it

Stories are more persuasive than PowerPoint slides

I'm not a strong storyteller; however, I've received more positive and influential decisions made when I write or pitch my stories to executives and customers. For me, this approach is quite effective to persuade others.

unfortunately I don't see the value on it.

it may help businesses and owners but I don't see how it will apply for mine
