The evening begins like many others. Lionel falls asleep while listening to his uncle tell stories. Ryan stays up reading and listening to music. Vicki goes out smoking pot with her friends. And Judd, tired of being told what to do, takes his father’s credit card and heads to the airport in search of freedom. But in one shocking moment, everything changes. All over the world, millions of people suddenly vanish. Driverless cars crash on the highways, and planes fall through the sky without pilots.
Each of the four kids soon discovers friends and family members missing. Will they be able to learn the truth behind the disappearances?
Authors Jerry B. Jenkins and Tim LaHaye base this thriller on Left Behind, their riveting book that has topped best-seller lists across the country and captured the attention of Hollywood producers. Narrator Scott Shina vividly portrays the "end times" through the eyes of the four young friends.

I love stories and traveling in a world beyond my own. I write them, read them, view them and now listen to them!
This was a monster of a story, but one that was very worthwhile. Dune is basically like taking Star Wars and Lord of the Rings and putting them in a room together and making them have a child before they can leave. Combining elements of mystic power along with treacherous villainy, it keeps the story thriving.
The audio book had some flaws in my mind. They jumped around narrating in really odd placed and if you have a hard time following multiple characters, this isn't your bag. Anyone loving a flair for mystery, dukes, barons, emperors and interplanetary commerce will truly enjoy this. And then try to keep in mind it was written 50 years ago and the tech will blow your mind!!
The performance and the story line was great! I love the adult series and this is a series that my kids can listen to. Great book!
